it was our first family tour for me , my wife and my son.one of our family friend suggested us Saarthi holidays .. we called them and found Mr. Bhavik . He explained us with every of the minutest details for many countries . we discussed a lot with him since it was our first foreign tour , surprisingly Mr.Bhavik was so friendly that he was easily replying our few of the silly questions Then as usual the plans given by Mr. Bhavik we compared with few of the multinational companies Saarthi Travels plans were more cheaper , and we were more comfortable with our new friend Mr.Bhavik. We did Visa formalities and a day came that we landed at Bankok for few minutes it was an unbelievable dream which came true … we found a Lady with a bord on her hand my name was there to receive me for my further travel though the lady own a big company at Thailand still so humble , we were much pleased to see what arrangement’s Saarthi travels has done for us Since it was our first foreign tour we made it much bigger by extending it to 15 days that too only for Thailand, we covered whole of Thailand , maximum tourist places we covered . This was my second trip with Saarthi Holidays, and we wanted highly customized trip of Czech Republic + Croatia, thanks to you for pulling this off and managing it so well. Excursions,sightseeing,hotels,local transport and transfers,domestic and international flights, Visa assistance everything was very well executed. Though we were not too happy with the size of rooms at Prague. We had no such problem at Dubrovnik and Split. Best part is Bhavik is available 24hrs, due to weather condition one of our trips at Split had to be cancelled. We connected with Bhavik at odd hours (due to time zone difference). He instantly spoke to local authorities and provided us with option of 100% refund for the excursion or other excursions possible on the day. First of all thanks to Bhavik Doshi of Saarthi Holidays for bearing with me. Bhavik …you were patient enough to share itinerary of Spiti Valley and Sikkim before i freezed upon South India. Also you presented a competitive deal. Hotel selection was good and so the services of Innova. Only improvements identified was for the driver selection who has to be cool headed and patient. He has to drive to our comforts and not his. Good side of driver was he was safe, trustworthy, skillful and was a guide in disguise. He knew Munnar very well as he was from Cochin. We enjoyed stay more in Sterling resort at Kodai as it was easily approachable, close to town center, had few activities to offer on the premise and larger spread of food to offer. Would like to take this opportunity to thanks Saarthi Holidays and especially Bhavik Doshi for organising our trip to New Zealand for 16days. It was zero hiccup trip, all the hotels were par excellent and within our budget. Domestic Flight, Visa, Self Drive Car (Corolla Automatic), all sightseeing and mainly adventure sports (Black water rafting,Bungee Jumping, Helicopter Ride,SKy Dive) was very well arranged by them. Due to weather condition our helicopter ride was cancelled and Bhavik made sure we received the full refund in CASH and that too while we were still in NZ. The best part is customization, we changed the itinerary, activities etc to suit our need 3-4 times and they helped us unlike other companies who have a fixed itinerary and hotels. Following is our feed back on the tour : The tour was of 7 nights & 8 days. Driver & vehicle provided to us were to our satisfaction. Stay arranged to us at all the three places namely Paro, Wangdi and Thimpu was very good and among them stay at Paro : Kicho Resorts was the Best. Tasty food coupled with courteous service and picturesque location makes Paro Kicho Resort one among the best in Bhutan. Kicho Resort at Wangdi is located at the side of a river that is flowing from a mountain and we had a memorable stay of 2 days at this place. Bhutan is a tiny country located on the slopes of Himalayas and indeed is worth visiting to experience its picturesque location, mountain streams and thick forests. People here are warm hearted and are tourist friendly. In addition to the beauty of nature other tourist attractions of this place are the majestic Dzongs , impressive Monasteries and holy Buddhist Temples. The sight of Buddha in a meditative pose overseeing Thimpu in the Thimpu valley is a beautiful sight. Just back from brilliant,outstanding honeymoon in Switzerland and Greece. Thanks to Saarthi Holidays for making it possible. Firstly my honeymoon looked impossible at one stage, as i wanted to go to Greece and my wife was keen for Switzerland no agent,operators had such package. Bhavik Doshi made possible to combine this two countries witihn our budget. We were not very happy with our hotel in Switzerland intially but realised that no point spending big money in Swiss as whole day we were out. Hotel provided at Greece were excellent especially at Santorini, it was just awesome. Our air tickets, visa, insurance,Swiss rail pass, ferry tickets, hotels,sightseeing tickets everything was handled very well by Bhavik Doshi. We had no problems with transfers and sightseeing was detailed. We were given 27page itinerary explaining every minute details about every location/sightseeing we were to visit with 2-3 options of bus,train connectivity etc.. Dear Bhavik, Saarthi holidays was a perfect saathi for my recent 15day trip to Italy and France. Initially it was difficult to find a tour agent who would customize a trip only to two countries in Europe instead of entire Europe which is normally offered by most tours. But with saarthi holidays it was all sorted and the trip was arranged smoothly within no time. The hotels were arranged and booked as per the personal requirement from the wide repertoire of hotels available with Saarthi holidays. All the hotels starting from Gioberti in Rome to Hiltin metropol in Florence to Tiffany’s in Riccione were amazing and the gounod hotel in nice was also very amazing which gave us a free upgrade to their own four star hotel. The hotels had good connectivity to railway stations and central city. The staff in all the hotels were quite friendly and approchable with english speaking ability. The sightseeing arranged at rome st. Peters church, tuscany countryside in florence and murano burano torcello island in venice were very organised and on scheduled time. Even the paris sight seeing tour via hop on hop off open bus was organised via a very good bus company having the best frequency of buses with a bus in every 15 minutes. All in all a 15 days tour to Italy and France with perfect customization by Saarthi Holidays was an unforgettable experience and will always be remembered as a special honeymoom trip. Hi Bhavik, We had a very memorable trip to Kashmir. The entire trip of 08days was properly planned and we didnt have to face any hassle. Right from the time of getting out of the airport to getting back in, it was handled very smoothly. The vehicles were properly arranged and we did not have to worry about anything. Never did we ever bother about leaving our stuff in the car. Our hotel stay was very nice, especially at Pehalgam where we stayed at Heevan. I would specifically like to mention that the view from our houseboat stay in Srinagar was fabulous. At the time of returning to Srinagar from Pehlagam, we encountered stone pelting. One concern is that the hotel does not have elevators. Since my mom has trouble walking, we had to request for the easily accessible floor. Hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly. Good food. Guruvayoor – Well appointed rooms. Had issues over the meal plans (Which you intervened and sorted out). With regards to the transportation, the chauffeur Mr. Praveen was very accomodating and helpful and ensured our journey was comfortable. Recommended sight seeing places throughout the journey. We were 10 of us (05 couples) all friends just deciding to go for a leisure vacation at Maurtius . Our main criteria was Beach facing property and Veg jain food, Saarthi Holidays gave honest advises on the same and we had a great time in Mauritius. Planning a vacation is always what we loved to do and so never preferred a tour operators…. it was our first anniversary and we wanted a destination were we could enjoy beach, shop a lot and then pamper our self with luxurious spa’s. The first choice we got was phillipines and we were like lets do some research and they provided us with load of info on a destination very new to all and we decided to fix phillipines as our first anniversary place. Then the bookings and planning was all effortless for us as they did all the stuff for us like a shopping day tour in manila and cebu with a private taxi…giving list of indian restaurants for food and bookings for all places to see… the hotels options given were also good… we enjoyed our hotels… afrer the typhon we were worried but it was saarthi holidays and there contact in phillipense with whom we spoke told that the places we going are safe for travell and trust me when we went there it was really good and safe… we enjoyed our holidays hassel free and had best time with each other with all the things takrn care by saarthi holidays. Now about the place. Manila is a shoppers paradise go to greenhills and mall of asia (largest mall of asia) there are many other malls… cebu is a good place to see where there is an heritage chinese house and chinese temple at bevelry hills worth a vist… boracay beaches are awesome and the sunsets in phillipines be it manila, cebu and boracay are great. This is a highly recommended place.

We love planning our own trips and have always been wary of tour operators — thinking they would cost too much or simply because we will not get to do the things the way we want! But knowing well the recent security situation in Kashmir (coincidentally when we actually travelled PM Manmohan Singh and Nawaz Sharif were in diplomatic talks in the U.S. and there was infiltration very close to Srinagar causing heightened tensions) and the fact that we are now travelling with a kid, we decided to get a customized package from Saarthi Holidays for our Kashmir trip and I must say, it was indeed a great decision!! The entire trip from the airport pick-up to the drop back at the airport was very well arranged. There were a lot of last minute unavoidable glitches with the hotels we having booked getting sealed due to some High Court orders but I must say Bhavik ensured an equally good hotel was made available to us at all times! The car agency hired by Saarthi is also very good and we had absolutely no problems during our road journeys. In fact our driver actually called us a day after we reached Mumbai to ensure we had got home safely! The way this travel firm organized this trip, it deserves an applaud. I simply had to take out some print outs and my trip was all set. It was a wonderful experience. The representatives were doing a fab job and were always on time during pickup and drops. Hey Bhavik……. To begin with all d hotels wer ausome……. Specially nakmanda ……..everything was properly organised……. Wellll v missed the full moon party though which was on 25 of may…… Nd ya in Bangkok dream world could hav been missed cozz v had been to Disney land in hongkong which was far better… Buy never the less thank u once again for such a wonderful organisation of d trip……..-

Dear Bhavik…… We would like to thank you for suggesting us such a beautiful holiday destination, Ranthambore- Jaipur and for planning the whole trip for us. Everything from the hotel to the Safari’s, the arrangement was commendable, must say as promised the hotel staff was very co-operative and the hospitability was very good.Both the hotels in Ranthambore and jaipur were all comfortable, clean and the service was good. We enjoyed till core every moment of the trip, especially Ranthambore and the safari we had .Since we went during the start of summer(in late March), we witnessed a lot of forest birds ,wild animals and yes ..we were lucky to see tigress in both the safaris we had.Thank you so much , because we could see so many animals and birds,(which made us feel so close to nature) since we went in summer as told by you.:-) Since we were only three girls going,we wanted the hotels and other arrangement to be safest and comfortable, and we are glad to say we had the best time of our lives with safety and comfotability. We appreciate the services we were provided with by Saarthi Holidays, we didnt have to think about anything and just enjoy the mini vacation,since everything was taken care by you.We would recommend your services to everyone ,and hope to go for a bigger vacation in next year arranged by you…..
